Remember this post? Well today I figured out my own version…and it WORKED! I got 3 miles of fast walking in, read a bunch of blogs, did some research on-line and basically helped to reduce my carbon BUTT print on the earth. Bye Bye Blogger Butt (and arms, and thighs and tummy)….soon you will be a thing of the past. Awesome.
Please visit We are That Family for more great tips in the Works for me Wednesday linky. (Which was formerly hosted at Rocks in My Dryer) And don’t forget, Sincerely Fro Me to You linky (formerly of We are That Family) will be hosted HERE on Thursday. Whew. This is as confusing as the last episode of The Bachelor.

Good for you, Marcy! Keep up the good work :) (she says as she sits here eating m&m’s by the handfull….
That’s cool. Is the treadmill intended to hold a laptop…or did you invent that?
I have enough trouble keeping the screen steady as it is — on my DESKTOP.
How in the world did you get it to stay with all the motion going on? Impressive.
I too want to know how you got the laptop to stay there. I have both the treadmill and laptop and have been trying (really) to get on the treadmill more often. This would solve a lot of problems (my butt being just one of them). Also, what speed can you manage on that and still read the screen/move the mouse?
LOL! I need to do that. I have a major butt print on my chair!
I think I have a hole in my couch from my bloggy butt. You certainly have a great idea!
Love the comment about confusing as the bachelor LOL
My greatest tip is about Vitamin E
Have a great day!
