Well folks, that is little one year old me in this photo. Being sprayed to death by my brother. My mom says she has the photo taken after this one, where I am screaming my head off (but we couldn’t find it). I am sure my brother defended his actions with something like "What? She looked hot Mom!".
And good to know my mom just kept on taking pictures.
Like mother. Like daughter.

My son SOAKED his newly brought home little sister with a bowl full of dog water while she innocently sat in the bouncy seat on the patio. I only wish I had had the camera out for that. It was priceless.

I know we have pics somewhere of me & two of my brothers in the pool – one in his walker! (But sadly we’ve packed those pics away already, preparing for the move.)
I sort of cheated this week. I was hit with a STRONG memory the other day, and when I started thinking on it, I remembered this AWFUL photo of my newborn son being protected by the dog. It was cute but an ugly photo, you know? But through the magic of photoshop, I made it something actually rather pretty. So its in my post and I feel like I cheated but oh well. Hope you enjoy it anyway!

Oh, Marcy, brothers can be something else, can’t they? I’m going to dig through some old pictures to find some gems for next week.

My poor children – their childhood will be so well documented by photos that they won’t find these kinds of things so much fun when they are adults!
