“Sometimes Marianne worried she took her gift basket making a little too far”

Of course Tommy and Timmy were the freshest babies on the block.
How many of you are clawing the screen trying to get these two out?
Twice as good?
More like, twice as oxygen deprived.
Tommy has the familiar grin of death. Poor Timmy..he is pawing the plastic to be free.
This just ain’t right I tell you.
Marianne? Put the cellophane down and nobody gets hurt.

I must admit, as soon as I saw this picture, I sucked in a big breathe cause the image really freaked me out. Who decided this was a good idea? You couldn’t run this today, because some idiot would see this picture, try and copy it, sufficate their kiddos and then sue.
That is seriously creepy. Kids under plastic? I mean, we joke about putting Melody in a plastic bubble to keep her safe, but yeah, that’s a JOKE.
Dupont should have stuck to making paint. I wonder who thought this ad would sell cellophane to housewives?
Any mom who saw it must have turned the page immediately.Guess the ad agencys didn’t have women on their staff
This is a good one!
I’ll bet Timmy and Tommy’s mommy drove them to the shoot in a car without seat belts, too! ;)
I used to keep all my babies fresh in dry cleaner bags. It didn’t work out so good.
Who thought THAT was a good idea, and what mother sold out her babies to be encased for that photo shoot, all for a few bucks? I know formula’s expensive, but sheesh.
Holy crap! It’s seriously hard to believe that someone thought this ad was a good idea.
It be really a good idea if they’d triple the wrap- kids should live [sort to speak] in a vacuum and be not heard….
That’s what Mom told me once- before my eardrums burst.
