I am still hoping a stray cat will adopt us.
Its the only way The Husband will let me have a cat.
I can just act like it was divine intervention…like a big ol’ coincidence. “What? The cat just SHOWED up here!”
So if you are a cat and are looking to relocate, feel free to hang out at my place. I am sure we will be able to win over The Husband in time. Meanwhile you might wanna refrain from bringing dead mice to our doorstep. That might be a deal breaker. But I will totally love you. And pet you. And feed you total gourmet cat food too. Of course I will even post signs like this of you. And with your permission, put you on my blog.
That’s right.
You will be a star.
Hurry up. I miss you.

Well…you need to move into my neighborhood, seems like the street behind our house is the dumping grounds for irresponsible petowners dropping off puppies and kittens. We got 3 kittens roaming our yard right now…i got 2 dogs..not a good combo lol
A feral cat adopted us way back in 2004. Early on, we humanely trapped, fixed and vaccinated, then released her. She hung around for almost a year after that before she disappeared from our lives. Then, this past November, she showed up again – out of the blue – after being MIA for over three years. Love her!
People dump kittens here all the time too. I keep them for a week or two so the kids can enjoy loving them, and then we find them a new home. I’m not much on cats, but baby anything is pretty cute.
My late MIL and FIL got their best cat ever from having it show up on their back porch.
I have one kitten left that needs to find a forever home. I will deliver her to your doorstep with a bow around her neck if you tell me where you live.
Srsly.
I’ll have Chas bring you a box of ‘em in July. What colors would you like? We have orange, gray, calico, and skinny.
