I love speaking.
Today I had the honor of giving a ‘workshop’ or talk on interview skills at the National Future Business Leaders of America conference. I was a little stunned at the size of the conference, which I was told had over 7000 attendees and had taken over not only the Hilton hotel by the entire Marriott as well. This is the room were I offered my back to back speeches. And to my happiness, it was a full house every time. I have decided that public speaking is something I need to do as often as possible. I makes me excited and giddy with happiness. I love being in front of a crowd, being ‘on stage’ and more importantly…I love teaching. The response was amazing, with the attendees waiting in line to talk to me afterwards and asking for my business card. I felt like I actually HELPED. So this might be the right post to let you know I will be launching another website soon geared to promote myself as a public speaker and social media educator. It has been in the works for while but was waiting for the right time…..So if you happen to have a business, large or small who has employees who want to understand how to market to bloggers, how to make sites like Twitter and Facebook profit your business….send me an email will ya?

Awesome! I, too, dig public speaking. Started in HS, did a lot in college, and some since then. Great business too. Good luck!
