As you all know cuz I have talked about this ad nauseum for months now I am at the OC Fair showing (and SELLING) a pig we raised for 4H. We have to go WAY before the fair opens (like 6:30am) which means we can walk the fair to see all the food offerings before making our choice. Chocolate Covered Bacon!
Before you say ewwww….let me tell you I took a bite at it was pretty good. Salty sweet thing. And yes, I get the sad sick irony of eating bacon while standing next to a pig. But the boys didn’t feel that way. Go figure.
