Happily the OC Blogger Ball went off wonderfully.
And I think everyone who came had as much fun as me.
Once again I was blown away by The Anaheim Hilton’s quality of food and display expertise. It was 5 star. The guests were equally impressed. But the magic of the night was meeting people I already ‘knew’ via internet.
And after my BlogHer debacle, I realized I am far more comfortable HOSTING a party alone, than going to a party alone.
Huh. Who knew.
Thank you to all who donated amazing raffle prizes! Such fun to give out $300 website design packages, $200 photo sessions, Kodak cameras, cupcakes and many many more. Sadly I neglected to take photos the entire night…but I know lots of you did! So please post or send along to me, so I can gather them all for a Flickr or Facebook group. (Special thanks to the OTHER Marcie for the adorable photo grouping above!)

The ball was a blast! Thank you so much for putting it together. I loved meeting so many talented writers and photographers and, of course, my favorite blogger of all, Miss Marcy herself.
Every detail was perfect. You were a great MC. It was fun meeting everyone. I didn’t expect it to be educational, but I learned a lot of technical solutions and go-to websites/services. A great group of generous bloggers.
