Feeling the “Jesus Loves You” angle had been done a hundred ways,
The Louvin Brothers (originally was The Love’n Brothers, but their pastor-agent felt it sounded a bit too secular)
decided to go a completely different direction….
“Let’s scare the hell out of people, that autta get them to believe!”

Pretty sure if I found myself in hell..
a) I wouldn’t be wearing Colonel Sanders suits
b) I wouldn’t be singing
c) and I would be a bit more concerned about the guy over my right shoulder.
Just sayin.

LOL!!! This is hilarious!
This begs the question…were they sentenced to purgatory for those suits they were wearing? Just sayin…
Maybe it’s just me, but they really didn’t need a background. Just them in front of the green screen with the title scares me pretty bad.
Eternal damnation with the Louvin Brothers singing 24-7. Now that’s
scary!
those guys aren’t even breaking a sweat — impressive.
Oh. My. Lord.
You laugh but they are considered to be country music demi-royals. They influenced Dolly Parton, Graham Parsons/Emmylou Harris, and the Byrds, just to name a few.
If you zoom in really close, you can see the tag line “…and he really needs braces…”
