There comes a time in every blogs life, that the author calls herself a “publisher” or “online journalist”, refers to writing as “generating content” and goes from just telling her friends and family about the site to putting real effort into “marketing the brand”. I am not gonna say this is necessary for success. Cuz I am sure it isn’t. And I have no idea if this helps The Glamorous Life grow in readership or page hits or revenue. But I will tell you…it is heckalotta fun to see The Association on t-shirts, stickers and what is that? A NECKLACE. I do this stuff cuz it makes me giggly inside. And because I am super duper proud of my happy little corner of the internet.
