I am still telling you what to buy. You’re welcome.

IMG_8169-1 Remember the other day I went to visit Electronic Arts (EA) games? Well a few days ago I went to see Konami games as well. Konami’s most recognizable game is Dance Dance Revolution and my product tester (um, my Tucker) enjoyed playing all the updated versions. But the neatest improvement? They have made it compatible with the Wii balance board thingy. So instead of stomping on the mat you just move your hips and shift your weight. Makes it a lot more fun to play and to watch. Plus, my kids will be able to play upstairs in the loft without sounding like a heard of elephants. This pleases me. A LOT. The other title that Tucker really seemed to love (and he hopes Santa will bring) was a blast from the past….FROGGER. All these years, every time we would cross the street I would say ‘come on guys lets Frogger it’…and I had no idea he didn’t know what I was talking about. Of course the graphics are wildly improved and the game has much more dimension than the one we remember from the arcade at the mini-putt…but it is still just as memorizing as ever. Of course Konmai demonstrated tons more games (Including a neat voice changing storybook ‘game’ for the toddler set)…but it was DDR with the balance board and Frogger that Tucker picked as his big winners of the day.

As always, when I learn about more cool toys/games I will bring them to you.

I look at it as doing my part to stimulate the economy.

Happy shopping.

Only 39 days left.

THIRTY NINE.

39 Days. Please don’t remind me!

Funny how the kids all gravitated to Frogger! I couldn’t get my kids to do the American Idol Karaoke, I tried because it would have been PRICELESS. A true YouTube moment…

We loved the storybook game. My kids were mesmorized by it.
I personally loved the walk it out game. It was such a fun event!

Sounds like a really fun blogger event. Up here in The Sticks we have tractor pulls and mutton-busting. I only wish I were kidding.
