Life is the little moments. All the millions and millions of little moments one stacked on top of each other.
Every moment taking you one step away from your beginning and one step closer to your end.
And all of your moments happening along side every ones else’s in the world.
I love to think that right now, as I sit and type someone, somewhere is having a LIFE CHANGING happy moment.
A baby is born, an accident is avoided or a promotion is given.
Its happening.
Somewhere to someone.
This video is something that makes you think.
And sometimes I like to stop cracking jokes and think.
It reminds me to go and live my moments.
To love every single moment I have left.
And it reminds me to crack more jokes.
Because my moments where there is laughter are my favorite moments of all.

A moment (in my mind) is a place in time, in experience, wherein something of significance occurs, something of note, something worth remembering. the good, the bad, the ugly, the transcendent…moments that collect and become our experience, knock the rough edges off, sand us smooth, make of us the sculpture of our history and potential, the patchwork quilt that begins with birth (our first moment) and ends with death (our final).
There are painful moments, lonely moments, beautiful moments, and teachable moments, and moments that stretch and stretch and seem to touch eternity.
I love my moments…all of them…because piled up beneath me, they lift me up and let me see with greater perspective the experiences to come.
I hope that despite rough days, rough nights, rough weeks and months and years, when my last moment comes, I will know that the greater balance of them were good, fine, funny, loving, laughing moments.
Thanks for the moment to pause and think…

Good video and I will forgive you the uncomfortable feeling I got in the scalpel and needle shots :)
You’d think I wouldn’t be squeamish but I totally am.
I’m always of fan of more moments of laughter.
Radio Lab is my absolute favorite show. Didn’t know they had a visual component. Thanks, Marcy! This was beautifully edited.
