Ha ha, all it means to a Mac person is that your operating system has crashed due to bandaid programming and/or won’t accept new hardware like it should! Marcy, you really have some problems, girl. ;-)
Justine, right click on the program icon in the dock and select Force Quit. If your entire system is locked up you can shut it off at the switch. I use a PC too, just prefer the Mac.

oh my, those are quite something, aren’t they! I can never figure out the equivalent on my Mac (I am both a Mac and a PC) when it sometimes chokes up…
