GlamCat is still nameless. But not due to lack of effort….

Oh my god. I can not get my family to agree on a name for the cat. And it is driving me insane. I had no idea my kids had such STRONG feelings about cat names. And now? TheHusband is vetoing names I love (was leaning strongly to Qwerty. But he said it sounded like Qwirky.)

In addition to the names on this post.

We have now added to the list

Mandu

Xanadu

Sabrina

Captcha

Browser

Godiva

Zelda

Mimosa

Gismo

Cosmo

MyMy

Retro

Cat Benatar (okay not really. But its funny huh?)

Cat Stevens (I can’t stop once I start)

Chairman Meow (seriously. someone stop me)

I can’t believe how hard this is.

It was easier naming my KIDS.

And I actually tweeted Pepsi today to see if they wanted to ‘sponsor’ my cat if I named it Pepsi.

And they are following me now on Twitter…so I am thinking they are gonna jump all over that right?

I mean what is better than an ADORABLE cat named Pepsi for PR?

And i am warning you now;

I assure you the-cat-with-no-name will have a Facebook fan page soon.

BECAUSE I AM THE CRAZY CAT LADY NOW.

(And I couldn’t be happier about that.)

We rescued a cat (when we were newly married) who was name Mama Cat. HATED the name. Slept on it. Woke up with “Stella Zamboni” in my head and laughed out loud. Stella it was. You’ll just know. Until you know don’t sweat it. ;)

I’m not going to worry about you becoming Crazy Cat Lady until you have multiple cats.

I agree with foolery. You’ll know.

Ok, I usually try not to be this bossy on the internet (I really have no energy left after bossing around my family) but I feel very strongly about you keeping with the tradition of the tech-related pet names. So that’s my two cents.

Good luck! May the force be with you!

My husband had a cat named Yusuf. The name Yusuf is Cat Stevens’ new name. Yusuf is still with the people who adopted her – fat and sassy. Our dog’s name is Browser. Our other dog’s name is Nano.

Would it be in poor taste to suggest Blanket? Oops, too late.

Actually, a friend of mine is thinking of naming her new cat either Chairman Meow or Fidel Catstro. I thought she should go for the latter so she could nickname him Fido =D
