Welcome to another Saturday You Tube Therapy Session.
I came across this video, and watched curiously. Not because I can relate to the story, or the people… or any of it.
But because…it hit me hard. For reasons I can’t explain. Perhaps it makes me grateful. Perhaps it makes me joyful. I don’t know…..but it is just 4 minutes of pure, unquestioning love.
And I cried. And although I have never actually been in therapy, I think crying is part of doing it right. Get a tissue….and hit play.
